The next few lines will be a song about having that feeling that you won a jackpot just because you already found the one. When everything's enough just because you have the one.
-------------------------------------------
Verse 1:
'Di ako tumataya sa lotto
'Di ako sumasali sa promo
Ngunit nang makilala ka
Mundo ko'y nag-iba,
Feeling ko panalo ako sa'yo
Chorus:
Ako'y naka-jackpot
Ako'y naka-jackpot
Tinaya ko lang ang puso ko
Swerte ko naman sa'yo
Ako'y naka-jackpot
Ako'y naka-jackpot
Effort lang puhunan ko
Pag-ibig ang sinukli mo
Verse 2:
Lugi ako sa pag-ibig dati
Lugi ako sa daming babae
Ngunit nang makasama ka
Mundo ko'y nag-iba
Feeling ko panalo ako sa'yo
Chorus
Bridge:
Ohhhhh
Jackpot ako sa'yo
Ohhhhh
Jackpot ako sa'yo
'Di na kita iiwan
'Di kita pababayaan
Kasi naman, naman, naman, naman
Jackpot ako sa'yo

Meaning
We live in a current time where we do things just because. I do believe that everything happens for a reason. Maybe if we did something, we did it because of something or someone. I wrote this poem because I wrote it for a special someone.
-----------------------------------------------
We live in a very crazy world
Where almost all has no enough meaning
Where we do things just because
Where we aren't brave enough to face king truth
Where we are ashamed to be accoutable
Where we don't embrace every consequence
Where we aren't confident that we loved what we did
To you, whom I shared a part of my crazy world,
I meant that, what had happened,
It's not a deed of just because
It's not a deed that I don't want to face
It's a deed where I want to tell you
That I meant it because I like you
Let this be my piece of peace
Let this be my letter of intent and meaning
That what I did has meaning in me
Not just because of a spur in the moment
It is because I want to share my life with you

Ang Punlang 'Di Ko Malilimutan
Huli ko nang nalaman
Huli ko nang napagtanto
Bakit nga ba pinabayaan
Mawala ang punlang tinanim sa bato
Pinaghirapan, inalagaan, pinalago
Hanggang dumating isang bagyo
Isang unos na 'di inaasahan
Inangat siya sa lupa, hinangin palayo
'Di na malaman kanyang pinatunguhan
Wala na, 'di ko napaghandan ito
Masyado akong naging kampante
Paalam sinimulang punla, paalam
Napuno ako ng pighati sa pagkawala
Nawa'y mabilis mawala, maghilam
Ang sugat na damang dama ko pa

Naudlot
Dalawang puso
Parehong nasiyahan, parehong nasugatan
Dalawang puso

[song] the damsel in distress
verse 1:
why do you wait?
for your prince that you hate
don't you get tired?
of being the one who always cried
refrain:
this is to my damsel in distress
this is the time i will confess
that i need you
that i love you
chorus:
you are my princess and you mean the world to me
you are the fairest, the only one i see
i ain't your prince
but i can be
your knight in shining armor x4
verse 2:
can you see me?
i've been here to make you happy
can you be mine?
so that everything would be so fine
refrain
chorus
bridge
you may always always cry
but i'm hear to wipe your tears
you may always be so sad
but i'm hear to make you happy
you ain't always heard
but i can be your handy diary
he might not be always around
but i'm just here always by your side
chorus
outro
you are my princess that means so much to me
you are the fairest girl that will be forever seen
why do you wait?
for your prince that you hate
don't you get tired?
of being the one who always cried
refrain:

Game Changer
All have their game
A certain style of playing will change
The whole love
Some just play around
Some will fight for love
And some don't want it bad
Love, purely, isn't a game
It's like a road where you give
Where you are rewarded for giving
It's not a paper you write your plans
And not make these writing happen
Love is something real
Something that heightens your feelings
An overdrive to maxima, to infinity
Eventually, when the right one comes
She will change your game
All of the above will happen
Everything will fall in its place perfectly
And not just a part of you will change
The whole you, not only your game
Everything my friend
It's either you become the one changed
Or the one who'll change others
The one who'll be saved
From the wrong sight of love
Or the one who will shed light
And place them in the right track
Who are you between the two?
The gamer or the game changer?
Either way, that one will find the only exception
A certain style of playing will change
The whole love
Some just play around
Some will fight for love
And some don't want it bad
Love, purely, isn't a game
It's like a road where you give
Where you are rewarded for giving

Fairy Tale
The inspiration of this writing is a song I recently loved - Payphone by Maroon 5. I was enticed with the line "If happy ever-after did exist..." Also, last night was the first time I watched Tangled, a fairy tale in itself. What a combo! Here comes the poem:
It is all in my mind
The replays and flashbacks
Of what used to be us
Of smiles not frown
I remember the happy days
When you and me run our world
Where everyone looks for us
For they envy our joy
I reminisce on the glory days
When you make me smile
And i make you smile
Every day until night
It seemed a royal story
I'm your king and you're my queen
We share everything we have
From riches to emotions
From frowns to smiles
Our life, we shared to ourselves
You're my lucky star
The guide that gave the light
One saved me from misery
One I'm thankful to have
But all good things must end
It seemed a happy ending
But after the glory was never told
It will all be a story, only a story
That will never be confirmed
No actual artifacts to prove it
Can be just my imagination
If happy ever-after did exist
Everything won't just be a memory
You won't just be a part of the past
For I will be holding you so tight
Never letting you go once more
It is all in my mind
The replays and flashbacks
Of what used to be us
Of smiles not frown
I remember the happy days
When you and me run our world
Where everyone looks for us
For they envy our joy
I reminisce on the glory days
When you make me smile
And i make you smile
Every day until night
It seemed a royal story
I'm your king and you're my queen
We share everything we have
From riches to emotions
From frowns to smiles
Our life, we shared to ourselves
You're my lucky star
